Welcome to Xclusive Cabs Yeovil. We value your trust and aim to provide reliable, safe, and comfortable taxi services across Yeovil and beyond. By booking a journey with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1: General Information
- These terms apply to all taxi and private hire bookings made with Xclusive Cabs Yeovil.
- By confirming a booking, you accept these terms in full.
- We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time
2: Bookings
- Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website or social media pages.
- Please ensure all booking details (pickup time, date, address, and destination) are accurate.
- All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- A confirmation message or call will be sent once your booking is accepted.
3: Fares and Payments
- Fares are agreed at the time of booking or based on the taxi meter rate.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, parking fees, or extra stops.
- Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
- For airport transfers or long-distance trips, a deposit or prepayment may be required.
4: Cancellations and No Shows
- Please notify us as early as possible if you wish to cancel your booking.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the pickup time may be charged in full.
- If the driver arrives at the pickup point and the passenger does not show within 10 minutes, it will be marked as a no-show and may incur a charge.
5: Delays and Liability
- We aim to arrive promptly for every booking, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Xclusive Cabs Yeovil will not be liable for any missed flights, trains, or appointments caused by factors beyond our control.
- Please allow sufficient travel time when planning your journey.

6: Passenger Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to the person responsible.
7: Luggage and Personal Belongings
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
- Xclusive Cabs Yeovil cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
- Please check your belongings before leaving the taxi.
8: Child Seats and Accessibility
- Please request child seats in advance. We can provide them subject to availability, or you may use your own.
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request. Please mention this requirement when booking.
